7. Separate Playlists For Microtransaction/Loot-Enabled Players

Right then, we know loot boxes won't be going away entirely - or at least, it is highly unlikely, being they're baked into the guts of the game.

Indeed, for anything close to a quick fix we have to think of ways around maintaining the majority of what's there. And with that in mind, the best way for EA to maintain their microtransaction systems and let the rest of us forget they exist, is to siphon off loot-based content into another playlist entirely.

Literally having a playlist inside Multiplayer called "Star Card Battles" (or something) would let those who indulge in microtransactions battle it out. After all, the mentality behind purchasing optional extras is to financially stake your claim on the battlefield, so why not do that against likeminded players where "cash is king"?

And if that idea made you wretch, no worries - give everyone else access to playlists with loot upgrades all unlocked, or make them achievable through a crafting currency that is awarded after every match. Guaranteed crafting/currency for upgrades means no 'pay to win' element - at least for these playlists.

Basically, let the "whales" and those with enough disposable income to shake the Earth have their own corner of the game, and the rest of us can play knowing that nobody has bought their way to the top.
