4. Freezone
Watch Dogs allows the access of different wifi hubs around the city which can be used to gain acess to building cameras and devices. The app "Freezone" connects you to a network of shared wifi passwords enabling accss to many hotspots around the world. Additonally, there are any number of mobile data plans that allow you to use the BT-Openzone spots that are appearing everywhere.
3. WeAreData
A publicity stunt for the game itself, WeAreData allows you to view aggregated data from openly accessable information from many sources in 3 major cities (London, Paris and Berlin) including CCTV and ATM locations, 3G/2G connectivity locations and more, demonstrating how much data is leaking from social media and other technologies. The mobile site is fairly comprehensive and immersive, so not much is lost from the desktop version.
