9 Things Nobody Wants To Admit About Fall Guys

7. A Practice Mode Would Ruin The Game

As you stare slack-jawed at the screen as you yet again fail to outrun the slime in Slime Climb, you may catch yourself thinking if only there were some way to get a little practice jumping onto those infuriatingly-slippy yellow tubes. Even a local multiplayer mode to play with friends on your own chosen rounds would help out.

Yet many know this would destroy Fall Guy's magic. It's fun for players to try new strategies and wing it as they go along. Other battle royale games like Fortnite need practice modes to teach new players mechanics and train competitive players; no one wants Fall Guys to turn into an e-sport game.

Throwing new players into the deep end, learning mechanics as they go along, makes Fall Guys a joy to play. There's no real competition, just mindless jumping, lunging, and grabbing.
