9 Video Games Where You Should AVOID The Story

It's ironic how Pokemon games encourage the player to explore the world even though most of the areas are inaccessible until later in the story. How are you expected to explore if you can't... go anywhere?

Thankfully, this is not an issue in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Game Freak's most recent entry maintains the core gameplay of the series but puts a far larger emphasis on free roaming.

You'll want to use rideable Pokemon, not just to reach inaccessible areas but to admire the beauty of the world from above. You have never truly explored the land of Pokemon unless you've flown with a Braviary like a kite, soar through the waters on a Basculegion, or galloped across mountains on a Wyrdeer.

When you realise you can alter which Pokemon appear based on your behaviour or the time of day, it'll encourage the player to explore even more. Despite the fact Arceus has a long and complex story mode, the game could've worked without one!

Even though fighting the bosses are epic and building your team is fun, there's nothing that brings the player more joy than running, flying, and swimming through this vast world to your heart's content.
