AEW Fight Forever 2: 10 Improvements Fans NEED To See

6. A Souped Up Career Mode

There's a lot of fun to be had in the wacky 'Road To Elite' story mode in Fight Forever. It'll surely become repetitive if you keep playing through it over and over again, but there are enough storylines and branching paths to keep things interesting for a while.

AEW's mode offers something different to 2K's 'MyRise', at least, and that's important. It doesn't try to reinvent the wheel, but instead harks back to the classic SmackDown career modes of old. Those seeking a nostalgia blast will get a kick out of that. It's probs crucial THQ and Yuke's endeavour to create something even better next time though.

They can drip feed DLC packs that tack on story content, or open up new branching paths for your wrestler to prolong the experience. Alternatively, the devs could add in full voiceovers for all of the main characters your worker encounters in 'Road To Elite'.

That'd be tricky, but it's hardly impossible.
