AEW Fight Forever 2: 10 Improvements Fans NEED To See

7. Smarter AI

AEW Fight Forever
AEW/THQ/Yuke's

This is inarguable.

AI in WWE's latest game is super-switched on. During Royal Rumbles, allies will actively wait it out for the following entrant rather than fighting one another, and they'll look to team up on the sorry sap who comes bouncing through the curtain next. That's really, really cool.

Meanwhile, in Fight Forever, everyone hates everyone. That's fine and all, but there are other issues with the AI at large. This is especially noticeable during the Casino Battle Royale match type. There, computer-controlled characters seem to have a real tough time throwing anybody over the top rope to the floor, which means players have to sit around watching for an ungodly length of time.

Honestly, one of this guy's Battle Royales lasted approx 30 minutes before he was even involved. That sucked, and drained fun from the experience. The match didn't feel epic, but instead lame 'cause the CPU just couldn't eliminate anybody.

Sort that out, please.
