Assassin's Creed Origins: 10 Tips & Tricks The Game Doesn't Tell You
1. Use Photo Mode To Scout The Surrounding Area
Used predominantly for taking photos of the phenomenal game world, the Photo Mode's time-freezing capabilities also have a very handy in-game purpose.
Done by clicking in both analogue sticks, the mode will freeze time - making it a perfect way to scout out the immediate area surrounding Bayek by piloting the camera around.
As Senu's overhead perspective can make it increasingly hard to get a bead on what's right below you before it's too late, use this mode to essentially have another drone-like camera view that's right on your level. Use it when you're inside any structures or intertwining corridors and you'll never be surprised by a rogue A.I. guard ever again.
