Assassin's Creed 3: 10 Improvements We Want To See

5: Combaaaaattttman

We€™re half way through this mess of a top ten, so I think it€™s a great time to address the combat problem. In every trailer from Assassin€™s Creed to Assassin€™s Creed 3 we have seen some pretty impressive displays of the combat in the game, but I can€™t be the only one who; when facing an opponent just randomly slices and roll about like some plum. I know you can do breath-taking blocks and combos, but every time I tried I€™d just get hit in the face and end back on the slicing express. For all I know Ubisoft are very aware about their combat and will be fixing it in time for Assassin€™s Creed 3 or maybe I€™m just shocking at Assassin€™s Creed. Never the less, I still feel that showing us gameplay footage of these amazing feats of fighting prowess only to have us desperately slab and slice the air marks of poor advertising. Ubisoft should take a leaf out of Batman€™s book, Arkham Asylum. Arkham Asylum had one of the best combat systems I have ever play because it made you feel like you could in fact, take on six enemies in one go. The reason for this was the majorly of combos where counters which made the combat feel smooth like ActionMan€™s privates. Furthermore having a grapple system worked extremely well for a man dressed like bloke who doesn€™t know what a bat looks like.
