3. Hunting
Connor seems to be one with nature, but he has no problem killing it dead either. In this game we have access to the frontier, a magical place where deer roam free and moose attack. Using the newly introduced tree-running feature we can stalk our prey from above and pick off packs of wolves with our bow and arrows. Players can skin the animal and sell the skins to a number of shopkeepers (sound like Red Dead Redemption to anyone?). The pelt's values are based on how clean the kills are and where the animal was hit. A nice nod to Connor's culture is the fact that he says a prayer of sorts before skinning the animal. Just goes to show us that he's not an insane killing machine with no heart. He's an insane killing machine
with a heart. Besides deer, moose and wolves, we will also hunt beavers, and foxes and bears. Oh my! Just make sure you don't kill any domestic animals, such as dogs, and pigs, doing so will lead to de-synchronization.
