Assassin's Creed 4: 10 Things It Needs

2. Co-Op Multiplayer

Assassin's Creed ended up introducing a multiplayer component in Brotherhood, and it was a relatively decent competitive mode that nevertheless felt pretty shoehorned into the mix to placate the studio, all the more so considering that the most befitting multiplayer element was mysteriously omitted; co-op. If they were going to include a multiplayer component, it should unquestionably have been this; how cool would it be to sneak around Venice with a buddy covering you from a monument up above? It just has so many possibilities; if one of you gets in trouble, the other can come in to assist, or better yet, one of you can create a diversion while the other performs the assassination and quietly slinks out. Apparently Ubisoft are considering it after consumer feedback, so I just hope that they see sense and include that mode that would get even ardent cynics playing the series once again.
