Assassin's Creed: Dynasty - 10 Things We Want To See

2. Have A Substantial Modern Day Section

Assassins Creed Dynasty

Every single Assassin's Creed game since Assassin's Creed 3 has had an extremely lacklustre modern day section. Considering how important it is to the story of the franchise, it's time we get to see Demond Miles' successor.

Assassin's Creed one through to three all had pretty great modern day stories and gameplay, but after that was a complete nosedive.

Black Flag had a meta, first-person walking simulator, whilst Unity and Syndicate both only had cutscenes to represent these sections. Origins managed to do a little better, but it still felt like it was another thing Ubisoft had to check off the list.

We want Assassin's Creed to go back to actually caring about it's modern day section. The goal of each Assassin's Creed game should be to build on the modern day sections, as well as the Animus sections.

We should eventually be building up for a fully fledged modern day Assassin's Creed that doesn't need to rely on the past to be successful.
