Assassin's Creed: Syndicate - 10 Ways It Already Made The Series Great Again

8. The First Civilization Is Kept Eerie And Mysterious

Think back, for a minute, to the moment at the end of Assassin's Creed II when Minerva directly addressed Desmond. No one saw that coming and it was an absolute jaw-dropper of a moment, leaving the player just as confused as Ezio was.

Mystery is powerful, and Ubisoft keeping us in the dark is honestly the best thing they can do when it comes to elaborating on the First Civilization.

During the World War I section of Syndicate, (which will be further discussed later in this list), Juno continually appears to give the player new, but vague insight as to what it is she is planning. She has an absolutely daunting and chilling presence about her, in both her sheer size as she takes over the map, as well as her calm, yet chilling voice.

She is obviously hinting at something, which will likely be explored in the next game.

Clearly, there is far more to the First Civilization than we've been told, and experiencing what comes next as a surprise, and through more vague clues and hints, would be far more enthralling than a 'tell-all documentary', as it were.
