Assassin's Creed: Victory - 10 Missing Unity Features That Must Return

2. Throwing Axes And Double-Handed Weapons

Last entry for a specific move that needs to return, and the removal of something that was just on teetering on the edge of ridiculous, yet was one of the most satisfying you'd ever pull off. Picture the scene; you've just took on a few barracks' worth of guards, only for the remaining one to hop aboard a horse. You think fast, picking up one of their fallen comrades' two-handed axes, holding down the attack button to charge the throw, and just as your opponent closes the distance, you launch it with all your might, taking out the guard with enough might to cleave them in two. This is how many a fight played out in the games before Black Flag if you saw fit, but in Unity as you're unable to pick up any weapons you can't get anywhere near doing it again. Let us throw double-handed weapons or axes to finish off any runaway or fast-closing enemies, and make sure the whole thing feels just as viscerally satisfying as it has in the past.
