Avengers: 8 Ways To Save The Game

6. Hulk (And Other Tank Characters) Should Feel Heavy

Speaking of heroes, Avengers has a huge problem with almost everybody feeling the same. I'll get to this in a wider sense soon, but Hulk stands out as a notable negative thanks to being entirely too light and floaty.

Yes, animations like grabbing a dude's leg and slamming left and right, Loki style, are great, but there's no overall weight to Hulk's movements when traversing levels or through basic enemy interactions.

It might sound nitpicky as hell, but when basic humans can hold up a shield and come away unscathed from a Hulk-sized haymaker, it's a problem. A workaround would be ensuring Hulk - and similar-sized characters - have the ability to wipe right through certain levels of infantry automatically.

Right there you've got some much-needed core character variation on top of the moveset side of things, and it keeps Hulk feeling authentic.

Oh, and while we're on, how about these same fodder enemies can't interrupt Hulk's charged attacks??
