You'll likely be very familiar with Scarlet Witch already, given her prevalence in the MCU over the last few years.

What you might not know, however, is the character's extensive history and constant changes to her abilities. Originally introduced in X-Men, Scarlet Witch has had her powers adjusted many times over the years to come from all kinds of sources ranging from demons to exposure to cosmic energies from the Mind Stone (as established in the MCU).

While it's likely that the game's incarnation of the character would adopt the most recent, familiar storyline powers of the Witch, it's not within the realms of possibility that the developers would turn to the wider comic lore of the character for inspiration.

In the comics, Scarlett Witch generally has Chaos Magic, an unstable form of energy with control over reality, which ultimately drives her insane. In the MCU, this manifests more as a good power, where she can use things such as teleportation or mind read other people.

Honestly, we fully do expect them to go down the MCU route of using the powers those who've watched the movies are used to. We'll just have to wait and see!
