Batman Arkham: Court Of Owls - 9 New Villains That Need To Be Included

8. Great White Shark

Batman Arkham Villains
DC Comics

A disfigured financial mastermind who runs a racket from within Arkham, Great White Shark is an intelligent villain that could test Batman's brains rather than his brute strength. Warren White may not be physically intimidating, but his prior experience as one of Gotham's wealthiest financiers and his terrifying appearance has often made him one of the Dark Knight's worthier adversaries in the criminal underworld.

Going up against him in a potential Arkham sequel comes with a lot of opportunities for some great storytelling as well, especially because White himself is one of Batman's more tragic enemies. Condemned to Arkham after embezzling millions from his company's pension fund, Warren was tormented by the crazed occupants of the Asylum.

After descending into insanity himself, he saw his throat slit into gills by Killer Croc and was thrown into Mr Freeze's subzero cell where he lost his nose, ears and hair to frostbite as well as having his skin turn ice white.

Although Batman's battle against Great White Shark and his criminal underlings would make for some killer moments, a storyline that sees White get revenge against those who transformed him into his fearsome persona could make for a brilliant sub-plot in a fifth Arkham game. What's more, he's already canonically a part of Arkham's universe to boot.
