9. Calendar Man

Despite his calm and non-hostile role in Arkham City, Calendar Man is one of Gotham's most notorious murderers, 'celebrating' every major holiday with a new victim. His appearance in Arkham City is highly memorable, thanks to the many easter eggs he provides - visiting Calendar Man on specific days of the year (Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving etc) will inspire him to ramble on about that particular holiday for a time, usually recalling past encounters with Batman. Once the player has seen all of these little events, Calendar Man escapes, leaving a dead thug in his place. Considering Arkham's Batman has yet to confront and defeat Calendar Man on screen, it can definitely be assumed that this storyline will be returned to in Arkham Knight. If more conclusive proof is needed, the events of Arkham Knight will reportedly take place during Halloween, all but confirming an appearance of some description. An encounter with the villain could make a major impact on the Arkham universe too; Calendar Man's violent nature is frequently touched upon (the fact that he's one of few prisoners to actually be locked up in Arkham City is worrying) and Rocksteady could use the villain to create a lasting, highly memorable sequence during Arkham Knight's story.
