4. Dollmaker
Another villain on this list who has a love for surgery, with butchery and criminality thrown in for good measure, the Dollmaker is a grisly Batman foe. Given he has recently appeared in TV show Arrow, theres a high chance he could make an appearance in Arkham Knight. Real name Barton Mathis, he went on several hunting trips with his father, during which he saw him kill people and cannibalize them. Later he would see his father be shot down by a young cop, one James Gordon no less, leaving him in care. He spent only a year in foster care before disappearing and returning to Gotham as the villain Dollmaker, wearing a mask made partially from the skin of his deceased dad. He is later caught and sent to Arkham, where he potentially visits the Joker and cuts off his face, although it is left ambiguous. He also kidnaps James Gordon and makes a mask out of skin for him. It isnt hard to imagine this villain working alongside Hush given their shared extra curricular activities. It is likely he would appear as a side villain, with a series of gruesome murders leading Batman to his location, in similar fashion to the events that introduced us to Hush in Arkham City.
