Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Easter Eggs That Would Rule

7. The Dark Knight Armoured Costume

Even though they were never planned in unison, it was a rather large stroke of luck that Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins took off, re-establishing the character as a worthwhile figure following the atrocious Batman & Robin - only for The Dark Knight to release just a year before Arkham Asylum too. It helped tie them both together in terms of a gritty, dark take on the character, whilst playing into each other's marketing campaigns and daily Google searches across the years that followed. Because of this, whenever you think back on that period of time chances are you'll not think of one without the other, and although the Dark Knight Rises didn't please anywhere near as many fans as the middle instalment, Batman's armoured costume that went from all form to total function is a skin that should make an appearance. Now, the a costume called 'The Dark Knight' was available as a hard-to-get unlockable in Arkham Origins, but thanks to the hulking design of the character it didn't sit too well anyway, not to mention it didn't appear to be that faithful to the complete set of armour seen in Rises. There's already a plethora of skins available for the Batmobile, so make one of them the Tumbler from the movie and compliment it with the Rises armoured suit. Done.
