Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Perfect Ways To Kill Batman
6. Hush Succeeds
Thomas Elliott is one of Batman's most formidable adversaries, and we got to see just why upon the completion of the 'Identity Thief' mission in Arkham City. Now equipped with both Bruce Wayne's face and voice, Elliott is now poised to attack Batman in a way no other villain can match - by ruining his life as Gotham's favourite philanthropist. In the recent comic series dedicated to chronicling the events leading to Knight, we got to see that Bruce is beginning a campaign to run for mayor - one that is Elliott's for dismantling, or maybe even to take advantage of. Seeing Bruce powerless to stop his life from being ruined by a sinister madman would up the psychological torment he will endure in Knight, but the only way for Elliott to truly be able to take advantage of the Bruce persona would be to eliminate Batman completely - an arduous task if there ever was one. Taking heavy inspiration from Paul Dini's Streets of Gotham series, any games following the events of Knight would have to contend with Hush dismantling the Wayne family legacy, all whilst playing psychological war games with the likes of Robin and Nightwing. If Hush returns for Arkham Knight he will be among the most dangerous of enemies that Batman will encounter - there's definitely a chance he won't survive if faced by all of them.
