Of course, another way to tastefully kill-off one of geekdom's favourite literary characters would be to do so when he's lived his entire life, preferably relaxing with his favourite canine companion in front of the Wayne Manor fireplace. Not only would it be a great send off for a character that Rocksteady managed to bring life to so well, it would also signal their departure to a series that would've been impossible without their tireless work. Showing a character that has been at war with criminals and even himself for a long time finally at peace would be the perfect way for Bruce to go, and would show that deep down, even the Arkhamverse has a heart. The chances of this rosy ending occurring are all but slim, but it goes without saying that the Wayne family deserves a happy ending - it's the least they should have for their efforts.
