Batman Arkham Knight: 10 Storylines It Needs To Adapt

9. A Lonely Place Of Dying

In A Lonely Place Of Dying, Batman is reeling from the death of Jason Todd, and is getting reckless, and self-destructive, which is compounded by Two-Face looking to give him a run for his money. Only young Tim Drake, who has managed to piece together the secret identities of Batman and Robin seems to understand that Batman needs a Robin...whether he wants one or not. The story ends up with a new Robin, a reinvigorated Dark Knight, and a team up from Nightwing and Alfred in a domino mask. What more could you ask for? When Two-Face and Batman start trying to out-think each other, there's a great opportunity for missions where you play as Two-Face as well as Batman - especially since all throughout a Lonely Place of Dying Two-Face and Batman keep missing each other. Slowly but surely, however, Two-Face gains the upper hand, until eventually Batman finds himself in an upside-down house with Nightwing by his side facing double trouble against Harvey Two-Face. As a game there are several missions and heists that could explore the landscape of Gotham in the form of timed missions as well as solving puzzles, or just running the gauntlet of henchmen. With the training of a new Robin infused to the game, there's great possibility for side-quest and exploration with room for the game designers to add a few twists on the story themselves, or as part of a larger game this story is certainly worthy of the Arkham franchise. Possible Playable Characters And Cameos: Two-Face Nightwing Alfred Tim Drake (pre-Robin)
