Batman: Arkham Knight - 8 Essential Things It Must Fix From City
6. The Rubbish DLC
It was bad enough that the Catwoman DLC only consisted of a few missions that barely added anything to the story, but it was even worse that the content was restricted to those that bought a new copy of the game. If you bought it second-hand then you'd have to pay extra to play this slice of wonderful mediocrity. The whole thing seemed solely designed to drive completists insane, as some Riddler trophies could only be collected by everyone's favourite scantily clad Kitty. Rocksteady released a fair amount of DLC but it's safe to say that it never reached its full potential. Even Harley Quinn's Revenge story DLC that took place after the closing events of the game ended up being a missed opportunity. There were also the usual challenge maps to complete with a few new characters like Robin, but they weren't really anything special. Seeing as publishers have collectively decided to take a break from screwing over pre-owned game buyers with silly restrictions, it's safe to say that Arkham Knight won't come with its own DLC fiasco. Let's just hope Rocksteady pull their finger out and deliver some DLC worth buying a season pass for this time.
