Batman: Arkham Knight - 9 Reasons Why Season Of Infamy Is Already A Disappointment
8. Arkham Episodes So Far Have Been Way Too Short
Forgive me for being pessimistic, but when three of the four 'Arkham Episodes' have clocked in playtimes of 10 minutes or less, that doesn't really indicate that further DLC will be an exception to the rule. The Season of Infamy features four villains of note, each with their own 'Most Wanted' mission in which Batman and his allies must track them down and lock them up. Ignoring the fetch-quest side-missions of Knight, Most Wanted villains tended to take around an average of 15-20 minutes to track down and lock up. Obviously the main story provided enough content to break the side progression up into longer chunks, but if that wasn't the case these side-missions would've been done and dusted relatively quickly. It's unclear how Infamy's mission structure will play out when it releases, but it would be such an anti-climax if it totalled in under an hour's playtime.
