Batman: Arkham Knight - 9 Reasons Why Season Of Infamy Is Already A Disappointment
7. Ra's Isn't Going To Get The Conclusion He Deserves
Arkham Knight's Most Wanted missions were pretty much the go to place for loose Arkham City plot threads to die, and the worry that the case will remain the same for SOI's story mode is very much a big concern. Eagle-eyed veterans of Arkham City will no doubt recall the final moments of the 'Identity Thief' case file, which insinuated a direct link between Scarecrow's planned revenge and Hush's goal to desecrate the Wayne family's legacy. (Dr. Crane's fear toxin was present in his hideout) This of course didn't come to fruition with Tommy's lacklustre and anticlimactic side mission in Knight, and it's left me very worried that the Head of the Demon will be given the same piecemeal narrative in the game's final batch of content. I mean, what can they expect to do with a villain who by any means should be able to carry an entire game as the main threat in but a small side-mission? Adding closure to the events of Arkham City is a welcomed intention, but it's something that needs to be dealt with in greater detail rather than in a minor piece of content.
