Batman: Arkham Legacy - 10 Villains We Want To See

7. Clock King

Like Crazy Quilt, the Clock King is another of Batman’s lesser known and more unique enemies, but don’t be fooled by the silly costume.

William Tockman (of course that’s his name), cared for his dying sister until he himself was diagnosed with a terminal illness upon a routine Doctors visit.

Meticulously studying the timings and operation of a bank vault, he launched an audacious bid to rob the bank to pay for his sister’s care after he himself was gone, but was instead captured and incarcerated at the hands the Green Arrow.

I bet that really ticked him off.

Not only did his sister sadly die while he was in prison, but he also learned that he was not actually ill at all, his Doctor having made a huge mistake. Assuming the mantle of Clock King upon his escape from prison, he utilises an array of clock-themed weapons, traps, and gadgets to torment not only Batman, but the Green Arrow too, time and time again.

As an Arkham series villain, the encounters with Clock King would likely play out as intricate, time-based puzzle sections. The player would have to time their movements, dodges, and attacks perfectly, negotiating cogs, springs, and gears before the Dark Knight finally reaches his opponent and cleans his clock for good.
