Batman Arkham Origins: 10 Reasons Why It Should Get Your Blood-Pumping

2. Relationships Can Be Explored

batman talia That last point kinda had to be cut short to avoid bleeding into this one, though the two are admittedly pretty similar. Talia al Ghul and Catwoman are both shown to have, or to have had, romantic feelings for Batman during the course of Arkham City, and as this story is about assassins it would be a great excuse to explain how some relationships came about. Obviously it would be difficult to include two romantic storylines in the same game, so it€™s more likely Batman€™s relationship with one of the women will be explored to a greater extent than with the other, but the developers would be seriously missing a trick if they didn€™t include either of the characters in the game. Talia al Ghul would make particular contextual sense given the game€™s plot, as it might be hard to fit Catwoman in outside the side-missions. Also, considering City allowed people to play as the Feline Fatal, it would be pretty cool if Talia was playable in this game, as it would help attract a larger female audience along with just being badass. Aside from these two ladies Batman€™s relationship with other villains could also be explored. I mentioned the Riddler before, who is utterly consumed with trying to prove himself better than Batman in the other two Arkham games, so it would be interesting for Origins to show a less dishevelled Riddler that is driven by the joys of crime rather than his hate for the Dark Knight.
