And finally, the episode concludes with two reveals that are sure to have Batman fans both casual and hardcore itching to get their hands on the next episode.

The first is an extremely blatant implication that a certain iconic character will be joining the Telltale Batman universe imminently, while the other is an Earth-shatteringly shocking last-minute game-changer that completely flips the expected dynamic on its head.

It'll be no doubt fascinating to see how these threads play out over the rest of the episodes, and if Telltale realises even just some of their potential, this season is going to completely steamroll the first.
