As enjoyable as the first Batman season was, it was rightly raked over the coals for its atrocious performance across platforms, with constant frame-rate hitches and bugs which required players to frequently restart their game, especially on consoles.

Thankfully, The Enemy Within seems to run smooth as butter on PC, and other reviewers have reported the game running solidly and mostly glitch-free on consoles too.

Given how simple these game are, it's pretty inexcusable for them to have poor performance, so at least it seems that Telltale has tightened things up after the vocal criticism of last season.
