Before GTA V: 10 Forgotten Features That Were Deleted Pre-Release

1. Landmine

gtaexplosion The Land Mine is a weapon that was cut from Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It was initially set to appear in the aforementioned titles and the existence of codes for the model and texture of the weapon found in GTA III's game files proves that it was set to appear at some stage. Similar files were discovered in Vice City, suggesting the weapon was dropped yet again. However, the Land Mine would later appear in Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars and were called "Proximity Mines" which could be purchased from Ammunation and only exploded when a pedestrian walked into one. We think the Land Mine would have been an incredibly fun weapon to have had in previous iterations of GTA and we can only hope that they make an appearance in future titles. Do you think any of these forgotten features should have been kept in the final-product? Share your thoughts in the comment section, below.
