11. GTA IV: "The Snow Storm"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfCKVZXk8kg When one of our contacts, Elizabeta, is ripped off by one of her contacts and ends up losing a shipment of cocaine, it is our job to go look for it. And where else would it be than at an abandoned, run down hospital? Of course, it isn't quite as abandoned as one might expect - it is in fact full of goons loaded to the teeth who we have to fight through before retrieving the shipment. Our objective gets double difficult though when the NOOSE are tipped off and send a bunch of cops after us. As they swarm through the hospital looking for us, we have to try to escape quite frantically as wave after wave of attack cascades against us. With cocaine in hand, we are eventually cornered by a government agent who confiscates our load, rendering the entire mission fun, but ultimately pointless.
