Tasked with solving Rocko's "Union Problems" we first have to destroy a crane, a train and an aeroplane. (Incidentally, that's what the mission should have been called. Each animation is cooler than the last, and much like "High Noon", this mission can be enjoyed more by sitting back and watching the cut scenes than by actually doing anything. It's like an action movie.
