39. Fender Ketchup
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2SJwOka3IE Under statement is the name of the game and with a new city you expect copious amounts more gun fights and death; however Fender Ketchup gives you the immensely challenging and different scare the person shitless mission. This also helps set up the majority of the Las Venturas conflict with the mob and is a great beginning to the new place.
38. The Graphics
Though they look slightly dated in todays hi-def generation of blu-rayed things; the surroundings are still beautifully designed and, for their release date, were the pinnacle of graphical design through the expanse of the map and the level of detail and diversity it had.
37. Saint Marks Bistro
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBdnkLCcK8k A nice touch which gives the GTA universe more of a link to one another in how you casually fly over to Liberty City, perform a mob hit, then casually fly back. The mission itself is good fun, merely rampaging through the restaurant killing people who try to kill you but the awareness of the world around San Andreas and the grander scope of the GTA Universe makes this a great tie-in mission to have.
36. WCTR
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRFVOR7CkvA If any radio station deserves singling out; this is the one. The constantly updating repertoire of dialogue kept it fresh and funny, the range of what was discussed was always topical and the sheer idea of making a talk based radio station to fill in the 50 potential hours of gameplay was a crazy one, but the fact it worked is even more impressive and testimony to the games brilliant attention to detail and all encompassing fun.
35. Toreno
A ball of enigmatic thrill which gave the GTA Universe wider scope through his inter-governmental wars. Toreno was interesting, fun and brought us some of the most fun and challenging missions in the game. His constant need to pop up at inappropriate times and demand super-human like feats from CJ seemingly added to his charm and power as a character far above the world CJ is battling in.
