Before Walking Dead Game Episode 5: 10 Greatest Moments So Far

1. Zombie Clementine (Episode 3: Long Road Ahead)

http://youtu.be/EH-VgS-L7kw Without a doubt, for me this moment is one of the most terrifying in the entire game so far and it isn't even real. That's right, it's a nightmare of course. Clementine isn't dead! Phew! But, for a moment I, as well as probably most of you out there reading, thought that she was thanks to the genius inclusion of a time sensitive-quick time event. At this stage we've built up such a strong emotional connection to Clementine, more so than any other character in the game even, which is why this moment is so horrific. Hat's off to Telltale; they knew how we all felt about Lee's young ward and so they opted to pull the rug completely out from under us, even if only for a few heart-wrenching seconds. How It Affects The Story It literally doesn't. Not even in the slightest. However, for me, it was still the most terrifying. It was a dream sequence - a dramatic device - hidden behind the fact that the dream was about something that could totally happen. And it serves to reiterate; the whole group has the disease, whether they die or not. Even though this time it was a dream, next time, it may well not be. A terrifying prospect indeed. The Walking Dead Game Episode 5: No Time Left is due out on Tuesday 20th in the US and on Wednesdy the 21st in the UK for PC, XBLA and PSN. So there are my picks for the 10 greatest moments in the Walking Dead game so far. Anything you'd like to add on? Do let us know, eh?
