Bioshock: 5 Reasons Rapture Should Become A Reality

1. Jobs

500x_custom_1261416540283_andrew_ryan By building Rapture, we'd be creating thousands of jobs for people. Engineers, scientists and artists around the globe will seek to settle down in the city. However, there's a small chance drugs may be a problem. In Bioshock, the citizens of Rapture fell apart due to drug addiction. This wasn't because people made the drugs, it was because the drugs made the people. If a utopian Rapture is ever to be built during our lifetime, then we'll need to make sure people's drug-fueled rage doesn't get the better of them. I know that the actual construction of Rapture is impossible in this day and age, but it'd still be pretty cool to witness something like that happening. Actually, it'd be kind of cool developing super-powers too! You know what; throw in 'super-power' drug research and we've got the perfect underwater utopian city. What do you think? Should we consider building Rapture or is this a load of nonsense? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
