Bioshock Infinite: 8 Reasons Why It's Incredible

5. Sky Rail Combat

bioshockinfinite If you thought the look of using Columbia's Skyrails looked like a ton of fun, you are completely right. If you thought they would be over used and get old, I am happy to report you are completely wrong. Common enough to be one of the games defining features but not so common that they get old, using a skyrail to navigate combat never once tires. Like riding a rollercoaster that you control, complete with all the lifts and drops you might expect, flinging yourself around the clouds of Columbia and shooting your foes is so full of gorgeous visuals and thrills, you won't want to get off the darned things But don't think they are just for you. Enemies will happily use and abuse them as much as you are. AIs are clever and will use every advantage to take you out, especially on the harder difficulties. While they are easy to overuse in combat, they can not be 100% relied on. With enemies like a Handyman, they are essential to your success but with their ability to electrify the lines, it can be just as dangerous a tactic as facing them on the ground.
