Black Ops 2: 10 Reasons It's The Best CoD Yet

6. Transit

Though it's a little bit disappointing that Transit mode isn't really the zombie campaign we were hoping for, it's still an extremely entertaining mode that takes the previous zombie mode formula and reinvents it with some thrilling little touches. Most prominently, the zombie offering this time is a more vast, sandbox-esque exploration mode, with the usual caveat being that you play until you die; once again, there is no "win scenario" for this mode (which is a bit of a shame, given that this is what Treyarch implied at the outset). Also, Treyarch have included a bunch of silly, kitschy flourishes that make this mode a lot of fun, from the robotic bus driver - reminiscent of Total Recall's Johnny Cab - to a throughly Romero-esque tone throughout. It's extremely fun, and extremely different from what we've seen before; this is Treyarch at some of their most inventive in Black Ops 2.
