Call Of Duty Ghosts: 10 Ridiculous Launch Stories You Won't Believe

10. There€™s A Soldier In All Of Us€ Even Megan Fox

Megan Fox Call Of Duty Ghosts Typically ever since the release of Black Ops, every Call of Duty game- whether it be from Infinity Ward or Treyarch- has launched alongside a live action trailer featuring various celebrities battling it out in a glorified rendition of a warzone. That€™s essentially what the multiplayer boils down to anyway so from a marketing perspective, it€™s actually brilliant. Who didn€™t find Robert Downey Jr. blowing other celebrities to smithereens in a helicopter awesome? The Ghosts trailer however features Megan Fox sniping from a rooftop. I can see the appeal of names like Robert Downey Jr, Jonah Hill, and even Jimmy Kimmel in these marketing campaigns but when I see Megan Fox, I just see another lame attempt at trying to get in with the good grace or nerds or horny teenagers. Nobody is buying this stunt because; 1) we€™re tired of seeing Megan Fox attached to these male oriented franchises (Transformers and soon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and 2) it€™s completely illogical to buy into her giving a rat€™s ass about Call of Duty or video games in general. Please, just go away and quit pretending you€™re someone you€™re not.

9. A Discount On Eminem€™s New Album

Eminem4 I was aware that the track Survival by Eminem had been featured in promotional material and would play over the campaign ending credits, but I was completely unaware that the receipt for my copy of the game would include a special coupon to download the entire Marshall Mathers LP 2 album at a discounted price. As someone who does enjoy Eminem I actually think that taking this promotional stunt one step further was a nifty reward. I do have no use for the code though, so I€™m giving away my code to one lucky reader! Simply go to eminem.com/callofduty and enter this code: NB9R6F
