Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 - 7 Reasons It's The Best One Yet (And 4 It's Not)

4. Jeff F***ing Goldblum In Zombies Mode

Treyarch really put some effort into this year's zombie mode offering, which unfolds in a mysterious, lavish period setting and features four central characters played by Ron Perlman, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough and, yes, the venerable legend that is Jeff freaking Goldblum. Goldblum plays Nero Blackstone, a mustachioed magician with his own set of problems before the zombies even show up. What's great is simply hearing Goldblum fielding out these terrific, outrageous one-liners in his signature cadence, clearly well aware of what the Internet thinks of him and playing up to it brilliantly, with lots of "uh" in-between words. Plus, it's almost impossible to play the mode and not a) want to play as Goldblum over the other three characters and b) not imagine the conversation where he was approached to star in this game. The CoD series has had its share of eccentric supporting cast members of the years, but none quite as awesome as Dr. Ian Malcolm himself.
