Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 - Zombies: 10 Tips & Tricks The Game Doesn't Tell You
4. Lure Zombie Hordes Into A Bottleneck
It's incredibly easy to get overrun in Zombies, especially in the rather linear Blood of the Dead and Voyage of Despair maps, so while it's important to be frequently on the move, it can also be helpful to lure a fleet of the zombies into a bottleneck for easy pickings.
Rather than trying to assault zombies one-on-one, there's a definite virtue to waiting and allowing a larger number of them to move towards you together. The main benefit is that you'll make more economic use of your ammo, as any bullet spread should also hit the other zombies in the vicinity.
There is a balance to it, though, as it's so easy to become overwhelmed in bottleneck areas if you're not careful with your ammo conservation and spatial awareness - especially within the tight corridors of Voyage of Despair's Titanic - but it's certainly a more efficient way of offing large numbers of zombies in a extremely short space of time.
It can take a little while to figure out the knack for this, and of course no two zombie encounters are ever exactly the same, but taking a more patient approach to your zombie slaying can pay off dividends.
