2. Address The Issues With Sniping
I love sniping! I think it separates the stronger players from the weaker ones. It requires unique precision - much more than an SMG or automatic Assault Rifle. There's nothing better than seeing your name on top of the kill/points charts when you've only been using a sniper. Oh, and quick scoping is super hard and a fantastic skill to really practice and perfect... Well that used to be the case until it became overpowered and downright silly! Seriously, if I ever see proof that a man can lift a heavy Sniper to his eye, zoom in and kill a man all in 0.5 seconds then I will eat my proverbial! The soldier would probably break his eye socket every time he was deployed! Only in Call of Duty (specifically in Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2) could a Sniper be better than an SMG at close range! The amount of times I've been laying into a Guillie suit at about ten yards range and he's taken the bullets and returned a single Sniper shot my way and killed me is beyond a joke! If any soldiers read this article and tell me I'm wrong - stating that snipers really can be taking bullets to the chest and still find the composure to fire a precision sniper shot then absolutely fair enough I'll accept that unworldly quick scopes are real and therefore a welcome part of Call of Duty. I'm not against quick scoping, that's completely honest. I love it. But I feel it's only truly a skill in World at War and it's predecessors (where the zoom in time for scoped weapons was much slower) - going back to these specs would be a better option in my opinion - of course others will feel differently.
