Call Of Duty Modern Warfare: 10 Iconic Maps That NEED To Return
8. Favela
In one of the most original settings that the Call of Duty series has seen, we travel to Favela, a slum in Rio de Janeiro.
Although the area of the map itself is not particularly big, the claustrophobic alleyways and numerous multi-story buildings will make the map feel overwhelming.
There is more space around the edges of the map with a small road to the north and half-built building to the west, though the centre will quickly descend into scrappy skirmishes.
Multiple two-story buildings with roof access and a set of stairs overlook a street football pitch, perfectly capturing the feeling that a map set in Brazil should be offering.
Domination on this map would need re-balancing should it return, as the team that spawns on A side are much closer to the flag than the opposition team are to C flag.
Not like Modern Warfare to feature dodgy spawning, right?
Despite these tight corners and buildings many still found sniping viable due to the rooftops and few longer sight-lines.
This gorgeous map will sucker you in before it spits you straight back out.
