Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare - 12 Things Nobody Wants To Admit

1. All Guns Are Viable, But The M4 Always Wins

Modern Warfare has a pretty extensive suite of guns, and they're all fun to use. Classics like the MP5 have returned better than ever, while new additions like the ODEN are just as viable. Even better, there's more ways to customise and tweak these weapons to suit your playstyle, and you can get lost in the different variations.

The trouble is, that all becomes a bit pointless because while you can pick a different gun and tweak it, there's no incentive to when the M4 exists.

The weapon has always been the reliable all-rounder of the Modern Warfare sub-series, but currently it's so easy to use and so effective both at close and long range that the idea of putting in the effort to learn another gun has been lost on everyone.

You can't blame them either; the M4 unlocks early, it's easy to use, and by the time you wonder about using something else, you'll have levelled it up so much that starting from scratch without all the attachments feels like a total waste of time.
