8. Who/What Are Trauma Team?

Coming in from the older Cyberpunk novels and game, Trauma Team are the city's medical response unit - though they deal heavily in armed responses.

A nice twist on the standard open world NPC than runs in and attempts to revive whoever you've just mown down (here's looking at you, GTA), Trauma Team dispatch units the second anyone's augments are in life-threatening danger, arriving on the scene and neutralising all threats with extreme force, before reviving/saving whoever they can.

Expect these guys to operate just as much in the wealthy areas as in run down Pacifica, countering any crime sprees you might start to go on. Besides being a cool nod to fans of the older Cyberpunk books, unless CDPR have thought of newer ways to look after the populace, Trauma Team will be a welcome and regular sight.
