Days Gone: 9 Helpful Gameplay Secrets You Need To Know
8. Enemy Awareness Meters Only Show Up When They're Tagged
While the stealth mechanics in Days Gone aren't anything to write home about, one of its biggest "issues" isn't actually an issue at all. You might be getting frustrated that enemies are able to see you before you even realise they're there, but that's because you're not tagging them first.
Enemies do indeed have an awareness bar that clues you in on their behaviour and whether or not they've spotted you, but you only get access to that information once you've tagged them through the binoculars.
It's the game's way of telling you need to slow down and scope out areas before tackling them, and considering how essential this awareness bar is to executing stealth flawlessly, that's advice you should probably follow.
