Death Stranding: 10 CONFIRMED Story & Gameplay Details You Need To Know

The gameplay features of Death Stranding still remain to be one of its most tightly kept secrets, but we have managed to figure a few things out.

One of the most intriguing things about Death Stranding is how the combat will work. We've always assumed that it would be a part of the game, and now we've seen what it looks like with a much more melee and movement focused system.

However, that doesn't mean that guns won't play a role at all, as we actually see Sam use one in what looks to be a WW1 flashback sequence. Sam is seen using an assault rifle, which confirms that they'll make an appearance.

That's not all though, as a shot from the third trailer shows Sam cocking a more futuristic looking gun before looking out towards the horizon. The design of the gun gives us non-lethal vibes, but it still confirms that gunplay will be a thing.
