Destiny 2: 10 Big Fixes & Improvements It Must Make

5. Improve The UI & Introduce A Quick-Select For Items

Destiny's primary gameplay focus, i.e. shooting aliens in the face with an armory's worth of guns at your disposal, is complemented by several RPG staples that aren't often paired together, the results of which aren't always successful. The former generally lends itself to fast-paced twitch gameplay, while the latter has trappings that require slowing the action down to a crawl.

When these two elements work together, Destiny is an absolute blast, but sometimes they fall out with each other, resulting in periods of angry expletive-laden shouting and controller throwing from the individual (read: me), attempting to make the best of a bad situation.

I've all but lost count the number of times I've had to open my inventory and wait for several seconds while it loads during a tense firefight in order to pop an ammo synth, only to find myself dead before the action can be completed.

There's a very simple remedy, Bungie - just introduce a quick-use item system.
