Destiny 2: Ranking All Exotic Weapons From Worst To Best

The MIDA Multi-Tool is rapidly becoming the most infamous gun in Destiny 2, especially in the PvP community. It is without a doubt the most used gun in any sort of PvP playlist, and during the first week of Trials of the Nine it was used by at least one player in 98% of all matches.

The reason for this is the guns allotment of perks which are all fairly average, but when grouped together how they are in this gun become very powerful.

First is the MIDA Radar perk, which allows your radar to stay up while aimed down sights. Thanks to a radar delay in Destiny 2 which causes the radar to not pop back up for a second or two after ADS, this is a very powerful perk. Next are the high caliber rounds, which will stunlock enemies in PvE and cause such a ridiculous amount of recoil on enemies you hit in the Crucible that they will struggle to fire back and hit you.

Such a juggernaut of PvP is incredibly effective in PvE as well, which just adds to the guns usage. It has incredible range and control and can take down enemies in only a couple critical shots.

It would be no surprise if something is done by Bungie soon to lessen the usage of this gun in PvP thanks to its total dominance. It outclasses virtually every single primary gun in the game in PvP, and god bless you if you decide to roll into the Crucible without it.
