1. Endgame Content Remains A Mystery

Because Destiny 2 has only just launched and reviewers who played 20 hours of the game at a press event are having to start the game all over again alongside everyone else, the nature of the game's endgame content remains very much up in the air for now.
While most critics expressed optimism that Bungie wouldn't repeat the original game's mistakes, namely forcing players into a grind cycle in order to acquire better gear, many also noted that they could only speculate on the endgame, and it's certainly possible that it's another repetitive slog.
More word on this will no doubt emerge in the next few days as reviewers and general players alike reach the end of the main campaign, so if you're on the fence about the game, it might be best to wait and see what the post-campaign game holds.
