Okay, so this could go either way.

The leak mentions the story of DMC 5 being "the most serious Dante has been" and that we're getting "a "new side" of Dante", which... is worrying, to be honest.

Though this information is followed up with a note about Dante "still [playing] with his enemies [with] his usual over the top flair", it ends by confirming DMC 5 is a "more personal" story.

It could go two ways. Either we get a revolutionary reimagining of the character a la God of War's rebooted Kratos, shining a new light on the realities of being a retired Spartan God looking to start a family, or we get Rico Rodriguez in Just Cause 3, where every weighty or purposeful plot point fell flat.
